LV Laser cutting
With over 20 years of experience in processing acrylic glass (plexiglass), we offer high-precision laser cutting services using advanced CO₂ laser cutting machines.
We operate four CO₂ laser machines, enabling fast and accurate cutting of materials, as well as processing of various other substrates. The maximum cutting area is 1250 × 2500 mm, allowing us to handle both small and large-format products.
Sheet laser cutting is one of the key processes in modern manufacturing technologies. By using highly focused laser beams, a wide range of sheet materials can be processed with exceptional precision.
Thanks to the minimal thermal effect, this method significantly reduces the risk of material deformation. The edges of the cut parts are typically clean and require no additional finishing.
Laser cutting
Using laser technology, we can create sharp internal corners in parts—something that cannot be achieved with CNC milling. When working with laser machines, parts can be placed side by side without spacing, minimizing material waste and saving production time. Laser cutting also excels at engraving on sheet materials.
