For more than 20 years, we have been providing CNC milling services, processing various sheet materials with high-quality CNC equipment. Over the years, we have accumulated valuable experience and expertise, allowing us to confidently consider ourselves industry professionals.

Our core specialization is milling acrylic glass, plastic, and aluminum composite materials, producing custom parts and products for a wide range of industries—from advertising and interior design to engineering solutions.

Our materials warehouse is equipped with a wide range of raw materials, allowing us to promptly begin work on the majority of orders. Thanks to long-term cooperation with reliable suppliers, we can quickly replenish stock, ensuring shorter lead times for our clients.

All our machines are fitted with vacuum tables and automated tool changers.

Many of the most commonly processed materials are either available in our warehouse or can be delivered within 2–3 days by our suppliers.

The larger CNC table size is 2100x3050xH250 mm.

Laminate

MDF

(Medium Density Fibreboard) – medium density fiberboard, easy to mill and paint.

PC

(Polycarbonate) – impact-resistant, transparent plastic material suitable for protective structures.

PE

(Polyethylene) – flexible, chemically resistant plastic material with low friction

PETG

(Polyethylene terephthalate glycol) – a transparent, impact-resistant and thermoformable type of plastic.

HIPS

(High Impact Polystyrene) – white, matte plastic material, easy to mill and often used in POS products.

Polystyrene – a lightweight, rigid plastic material often used in advertising products.

Textolite

– composite material made of fabric and resin, resistant to mechanical and thermal stress.

ABS

(Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) – impact-resistant plastic material with good processing quality.

ACP

(Aluminum composite material) – double-layer aluminum with a plastic core, ideal for facades and advertising.

Aluminum

Lightweight, durable metal with good thermal conductivity and machinability.

Corian / Himacs

– artificial stone, a durable and aesthetic surface material.

Eva foam

(ethylene vinyl acetate) – a soft, flexible and shock-absorbing material.

HPL compactlaminate

(High Pressure Laminate) – high-pressure laminate with high wear resistance, often used for surfaces.
