The Website provides information about SIA Posmaster’s products – acrylic (organic glass) items for various industries.

Orders can be placed by:

  • Completing the order form on the Website;
  • Sending an email to posmaster@posmaster.lv.

3. Orders & Payment

  • After receiving your request, our representative will contact you to confirm details.
  • A proforma invoice will be issued.
  • Production begins only after payment is received.
  • Payment is accepted only via bank transfer.

4. Delivery

Orders can be:

  • Collected in person;
  • Delivered via bicycle courier (Riga), Venipak courier (home or parcel terminal), company transport (special cases), or HRX courier (international).

Standard lead time: 5–10 business days, depending on order size.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • You may return a product within 14 days if it was not custom-made.
  • To withdraw, submit a free-form request by email or in person.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition.
  • Personalized/custom orders are non-refundable.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • If a manufacturing defect is found, we will remake the product or offer an alternative solution (discount, repair, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided files or designs.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright laws.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers or parcel services.
  • Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is the property of SIA Posmaster unless otherwise stated. Copying or using content without written permission is prohibited.
