Diamond edge polishing service involves the use of specialized equipment that clamps the Plexiglas and polishes the edge with a diamond disc at high speeds. This method allows achieving a high degree of gloss and transparency of the material, or to make a transparent edge completely matt, as well as to remove small defects and irregularities.
Our company uses only professional Bermaq edge polishing machines, an efficient tool capable of performing one specialized task and doing it perfectly. These machines are used for polishing acrylic and plastic edges both straight and angled up to +45°.
Diamond polishing is an intermediate step between CNC cutting and bonding of plexiglass to obtain the clearest and highest quality bonding spot to which maximum attention will be paid.
